KENNIS MANN
CEO and Board Member
Kennis Mann is the CEO of MHO LLC and a seasoned leader in the electric and telecom utility industries. Under his leadership, MHO has become a driving force in modernizing America's communications and utility networks.
His 47 year career began at Nebraska Public Power District and Norton-Decatur Electric Co-op, laying the groundwork for his deep technical and managerial expertise. As President and CEO of Midwest Contractors, Inc, CEO of NewDawn Fiber Networks, and other executive roles he led large-scale utility infrastructure projects nationwide.
Away from the office, Kennis enjoys the outdoors on his ranch and with his grandkids.
ERIK BIANCHI
Chief Financial Officer
Erik Bianchi oversees the finance and administrative functions at MHO LLC. His telecom experience began over 20 years ago on the software side serving the large wireless companies quickly progressing into fiber construction project management. Managing dozens of client construction projects simultaneously for electric cooperatives, telephone cooperatives and for-profit companies making sure that they deliver on time and under budget. Erik has grown multiple companies and has led over 10 major Mergers & Acquisitions worldwide. Erik builds up strong financial standards and policies, setting the standards of success while pulling in all aspects from supply chain management to back office and sales. Erik will be key to growing MHO to the next level while continuing to deliver on time results to all our clients, working with our partners and adding value to the community being served.
Away from work, Erik spends his time with his family going to the beach, football games and the gym.
MIKE HART
Managing Partner and Board Member
Mike Hart is a managing partner at MHO LLC and serves on its board of directors in addition to managing operations.
With a robust 28 year career in telecommunications, Mike Hart stands as a seasoned expert recognized for his profound knowledge and impactful leadership in fiber optics, carrier wireless, CATV, and MDU, install/repair.
Mike's extensive experience encompasses setting up, expanding, and optimizing telecommunications infrastructures for various national carriers, where he established industry wide standards that have led to significant enhancements in connectivity and unmatched efficiency.
Throughout his career, Mike has excelled in developing and refining processes that improve project execution, quality control, and team productivity. His strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail enable him to design and implement robust solutions for complex telecommunications systems.
Away from work, Mike loves animals. Much of his spare time is spent mentoring young industry professionals. Mike is also the proud father of strong, adult daughters with budding professional careers.
CHRISTOPHER ORTEGA
Executive Vice President
Christopher Ortega leads strategy and development at MHO LLC. His career began 29 years ago in the field with his Dad and a truck. From there, the family business grew under his leadership from a two-man operation to a full OSP construction and engineering firm supporting over 100 employees.
After that, Christopher led design teams to create the first fiber backed wireless networks in North America. He pioneered 5 industry changing developments. Since then, Christopher has become a reliable voice in the telecommunications industry after producing over 20,000 carrier sites, 118,000 miles of fiber optic cable, and record breaking indoor wireless networks. Along the way, Christopher has created standards for tier 1 carriers and rural networks using FTTH, macro, small cell, and 5G technology

At home, Christopher tries to find as much time with his family or in the sunshine as he can. He also volunteers as a mentor and advisor for young Christian leaders and entrepreneurs.
